1. Acceptance of Terms

By using XOSINT PRO, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

XOSINT PRO is an OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) tool that aggregates publicly available information from various sources. It is provided for legitimate, ethical, and legal purposes only.

3. User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
• You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or unethical activities – including but not limited to stalking, harassment, fraud, or unauthorized surveillance.
• You must respect the privacy and rights of others.

4. Data Usage & Privacy

All searches are logged for auditing purposes. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. However, we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of others.

5. Credits & Payments

Credits are purchased via UPI (nishalxk@oksbi). Payments are non‑refundable. Credits are deducted per search based on the tool’s cost. The admin reserves the right to adjust pricing or credit expiry.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Doxxing, stalking, or harassing individuals.
• Identity theft or fraud.
• Attempting to bypass security or access unauthorized data.
• Using the platform for competitive intelligence against businesses without consent.
• Reselling or redistributing the service or its data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XOSINT PRO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
